Renegade Labs to unveil new M3G SDI Multi-Channel Audio Monitoring System at NAB 2015

During this year’s NAB 2015 Convention Renegade Labs will be showcasing the new M3G SDI Audio Monitoring System, which is designed specifically to handle multi-channel audio monitoring . “Combining a simple-to-use control surface with an advanced PC graphical user interface,” explains Kirk Bradford, Renegade Labs Director of Marketing, “the M3G is targeted at video editing, post production, mobile trucks, quality assurance, or wherever comprehensive audio monitoring is needed.”

The M3G allows for quickly monitoring embedded audio from any ancillary audio group present in a SMPTE SD/HD/3G SDI video stream. Up to eight channels of audio from any two groups may be monitored efficiently using the front panel, or add up to 16 channels to the monitor mix from four groups simultaneously using the remote GUI and automation API.

The M3G comes standard with eight professional balanced Analog line-level outputs and includes an optional output module slot for additional Digital or Analog outputs. Headphone outputs can be used to monitor the audio separate from the main outputs and an auxiliary stereo input is included for monitoring PC or mobile devices. Monitor output enable buttons allow for quick solos of the audio channels and a monitor level control with unity indicator provides for easy adjustment of the outputs. Eight memory registers are available for saving/recalling system setups. A reclocked SDI loop-through output is also provided.

The M3G is remotely controllable via USB and RS-232. GPI triggers are also supported.
